The past year has been a turning point for Dolphin Bay, as we have stepped up our game considerably. Many clients are now implementing our new technologies, Securus AT and Quadra, showing a great open-mindedness towards beneficial new technologies. Our new fire retardant product is also now available, and customers are showing interest in it.
A previous Dolphin Bay Brief highlighted the need to produce quality treated poles, a highly emotive topic for us all. However, the level of discussion that ensued has been co-operative and mature, allowing for awkward issues to be raised and for us to work through these together. All of us agree on the need to ensure high standards, and we are working together constructively on the issue. Thank you for your positive attitudes on the matter.
We cannot anticipate all the challenges our businesses and industry will face next year, although we know that an important one - the volatility of the markets - looks set to continue. Nevertheless, we remain optimistic, because experience has shown that we can solve problems together, when we are committed, co-operative and open-minded.
